COMMITMENT

Serving in the ministry at Calvary Church requires diligence and faithfulness to your commitment.



The Servant's class series is another requirement to serve here at Calvary Church. It consists of a series of sermons that Pastor Ed has done. They are informative and encouraging and will help you to understand the heart of serving here. The six classes are:
Class 1: God Uses Ordinary People
Class 2: Having Your Shepherd’s & Pastor’s Heart
Class 3: Serving & Supporting Your Pastors & Leaders
Class 4: Vital Elements for Effective Spiritual Service
Class 5: Timothy Is A Good Example to Follow
Class 6: 12 Biblical Truths That Have Helped Me Serve Well

If no, please continue the application, but note that you will not be able to begin serving until the series is completed.

CHURCH HISTORY | SPIRITUAL BELIEFS

One of the requirements to serve at Calvary Church is that we do ask that you have been attending here for at least 6 months (in-person). If you haven't been with us for 6 months yet, please just sit back, receive and enjoy getting to know us in the meanwhile. You are still welcome to submit your application while you are waiting.

I voluntarily and knowingly authorize for credentialing purposes only, any present or past employer or supervisor, law enforcement agency, state or federal agency, private business, military branch, personal reference, and/or other persons, to give any and all records or information they may have concerning my criminal history, general reputation, character, or any other information requested to Calvary Church and/or its agents or representatives. I voluntarily and knowingly unconditionally release any named or unnamed informant from any and all liability resulting from the furnishing of this information. This authorization shall be valid one year from the date signed and a photographic or faxed copy of the authorization shall be as valid as the original.

CHILDREN & YOUTH ADDENDUM

If you selected Family Fest, Calvary Kids, Jr. High, Sr. High Lead or Youth Team (student), please select "Yes" and fill out the children and youth addendum as you will be serving fellow youth.
